Order Processing:
- All items are made at the time of your order. This means once you place and order with us, your order will go to creation and processing the following business day. Since we print each item specifically - the processing time for an order after it has been placed is approximately 4-7 Business days before it ships. Some orders may ship before that time frame, it just will depend on the printing process for the item(s) ordered.
- Once an order has been placed, you have a maximum of 3 hours to make changes to your order. After that time frame we cannot cancel or change your order.
Payments:
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and we offer buy now pay later purchases through our website.
- Buy now pay later applications are not managed by Inkd Swag
Shipping:
- Inkd Swag is not responsible for shipper "in transit" times. Those can vary due to where you are located in the US or Canada, weather, or other delays that may occur.
- We ship Fedex, DHL or USPS.
- We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses. The ship to address you put on your account is the exact address we will ship to. Before checking out please confirm that address is correct to avoid any delays.
Shipping Fees
- USA and Canada: Flat rate based on item(s) ordered.
- Heavier item shipping fees are based on weight and may vary
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- If a package tracking says delivered, you must contact your local Post Office. Lost packages must be claimed through USPS.
- Refused shipments/ return to sender or Undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Any returned packages, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to reship the items back out to you. No Exceptions.
- If a package is received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving. Send us an email (the contact us button) with a photo and explanation of the damage.
Refunds / Returns:
We are sorry, but we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. Damaged shipments with proof will be issued another item.
